Hi Hr Members,
My Question is that I am working in an mnc.They are paying me 10,000 p.m.(Net 8071- Gross9000).And they are DEDUCTING 1000 from 10,000 every month as a part of performance bonus.Now I am asking them for Diwali bonus, but they are saying that since your salary comes under CTC, hence you won't get diwali bonus.I wants to know that what exactly is the lowest/starting range of CTC.
