| Top management should be in touch with all the associates. In big companys/corporates ,news letters are used as a means of communication. In my experience of 35 years in industry,I observe that such letters are not read by the employees. The managements feels that they are "communicating". In many cases such news letters carry the events happened with in the company ,wherein the photos of the "top bosses" cover most of the pages.
In few companys where I find that the MD or the CEO themselves call all the employees and share the required information. This woks better.
