applicability of laws in IT industry

Respected seniors
can any one tell me which labour and industrial laws are applicable in IT industry?????

Dear Saurabh,
In IT industry PF,ESIC(inspite of the fact if you don't have employess whose gross is less than Rs10,000/,you have to file nil returns),Shops and Establishment,Your concerned state government welfare fund ex(MLWB-Maharastra labour wefare Board).These are basic laws apart from Maternity act,Minimum wages Act etc.I hope even our seniors would add some more to this.Good Luck
