Required Process Executives (0-18 months exp) and
Senior Process Executives (18 months + exp)
Target Joining Date - 15th November
Compensation - 1.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA Approx
Take home - 9K to 25K/month Night
Shift Allowance - 1200 Rs/Month
Joining Bonus - 1000 Rs in the second month of joining
The candidate would be required to sign a bond worth INR 10,000 with Infosys BPO for 1 year.
Relocation Assistance - The candidate needs to travel to Mysore for joining, he would be trained there. Infosys would provide accomodation in Mysore.
For expenditures in Mysore, company would provide a reimbursement of 2000 Rs in the second month. Once training is over, Infy will transfer them to Pune. Travel to Pune would be arranged by Infosys.

The candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 shift.

The candidate must be a B Com or MCom or any other degree in finance. Min graduates.
MBAs not allowed.
Communication skills should be good.
Atleast 5 on a scale of 10.
Should be able to write/speak grammatically correct English.
Process:
1. F &A Test (60 objective type questions to be solved in 1 hour) Cuttoff - 70%
2. Aptitude Test - 60 questions to be solved in 1 hour. Cutoff - 33 marks out of 60 questions.
3. Essay writing on the given topic - to check written communication
4. HR round interview
5. Operations Round Offer letter.
