Job Change during a Probation Period

Hi,

I joined a company in Duabi a month back. I am still in probation period and now I want to leave that company and join new company in Abu Dhabi.

Now my concern is, whether do I need to get NOC from my current employer or any other way that I can change my job. Or if my current employer applies a ban, what would be a fee to lift the ban.

Changing job within probation period is not a wise decision. Everything is possible though. It will cost around 7000-9000 AED.

If your present employer is reluctant to release you, it will be more complicated also.

After one year, it will cost around 3000-5000 AED.

Check with experienced PROs.
