Tamilnadu Shops Act does not seems to be available with citehr members & therefore it is suggested that you may purchase it from any law book-seller of your State.

i know the shops and estb act governs provisions relating to overtime, leave, work hours, etc. in respect of software companies, but do the software companies actually follow the provisions of shop and estb act?

bombay shops and estb act is not applicable in hinjewadi area of Pune as this area is not notified by government of maharashtra under the act. So which act will govern the provisions relating to overtime, leave, work hours, etc in Hinjewadi?
