| Should Conveyance Allowance be a part of Gross Salary? Dear Seniors,
Should the conveyance allowance be a part of gross salary. becoz, i am working with an automobile industry, where a fixed convy. allowance of Rs. 1,000/- for all the sales executives.
If i show the convy. allowance as a part of gross salary, then the ESi deduction will include the convy. allowance.
Please suggested me can we show convy. allow as a salary component or a part of ctc? |
