I wanted to know whether the below mentioned Laws are applicable to Trust or NGO's ,

Our NGO or Trust has some 400 Employees and it is in to providing Meals to school Children -

In my opinion, the laws are applicable to an NGO or Trust if it is engaged in carrying out a business activity.
Further, detailed study needs to be done and some information would be required for the same for the purpose of giving you an answer for applicability of each and every act listed by you.

Iam Rajesh working for a social organisation working for the upliftment of Persons with Disabilities.Our organisation had provided with Mediclaim facility for the staff.
The big question we are facing is we apporached the Management and enquired about the family mediclaim where it is not possible,but asking for ESI where the Rules and Regulation will not apply
If That is the case where we should go for the family members facility,Therefore please discuss about the issue and provide the answers accordingly
