Can anyone give me the answer that during the interview if the interviewer asks "If I don't give the salary demanded by you what you will do"?
kindly reply me that what would be the answer or if you are the candidate what will be the answer to the above question?
Note: the answer should not be a negative one and should be a right one which makes you to get selected in the interview.

Hi
It is very important to know.. as candidate what hike are you looking ??Is it realistic or not
Salary depend on market .. Position & company and present salary.
If you feel are asking realistic hike... u can make them understand why are u expecting that much hike .
If you feel the roles / responsibility are very good... you can negotiate.
You should make clear that.. What ever you are expecting it is as per the market standard and qualification and experience.
make them understand that you are interested to work.. & looking beyond the salary.

Hai mahesh,

Thank you for your good reply.

In your reply you have quoted that amount of hike expected and whether it is realistic?

The hike expected by the candidate is within the market value say for instance the very low ctc for hr professionals Rs. 2.75 lakhs whereas the candidate requested for 2.5 lakhs and the company is also very good in providing salary to the candidates. The candidate is also professionally qualified and having adequate experience in reputed companies.

Now my question is that what to reply for the question asked in the interview by the interviewer "If I don't give the salary demanded by you what you will do"?. (kindly give reply to this question like "I will not accept the job offer" or "look for another job" or "just ignore this company and look for another company" or "would attend interview in some other company" or "some other companies already offered a job but would like to try for better one" etc., etc., etc., etc., .....................)

Now tell me which one I should choose?

Please reply.

if you have the confident that you are worth for that salary and you can get that in the market, say Good bye to them and leave the place. if they really need you, they will come back to you.
