Cost Analysis - Retention vs Employ New
Hi there. (New to the site - from South Africa)

I am doing a syndicate assignment on Retention, with specific focus on fast tracking (EE) candidates through Job Rotation.

I need to do a cost analysis.

Therefore I would like to compare the cost of recruiting new talent and trianing them versus the cost of Job Rotation, as well as ROI.

Can anyone guide me to some research in this regard?

Regards,

There will be many evident and not so evident factors that will play a role to determine about such a study and these will vary with every employee/profile etc.

The results cannot be compared in such cases.

Thank you. I agree. I am currently working on an ROI and cost saving in this regard.
