hey everybody.. im doin my mba and require sum help on thesis. my topic is "attracting sales force in the insurance industry". so i would luv to know about your views on this topic and any new ideas you could come up with. Answers can be posted here or to my mail id.

First the insurance brand attract the sales force ,secondly the package they are offered .

While speaking about agent attractions towards the insurance industry is concerned they get attracted towards the sales manager presentation of opportunity they get,the money they will earn and rewards and recognition they get.
