how to go about to be soft skill trainer as a fresher

hi friends,

I have trained batches for 1 month on PD(Personality development) and Train the trainer(Both at basic level)
I really want to make a career in soft skill trainer. As I am almst as a fresher, finding it difficult where do i try to get a start as a fresher and what module shd be included.

please guide, wd really appreciate it.

Hi Pallavi,

Being a soft skill trainer is a very interesting job, as interesting as moulding raw clay into a beautiful vase. firstly of all for this u need to know your study material by heart, build rapport with the trainees and then devise simple,interesting and playful methods to reach your pts across.
