Dear Mr. Ritesh,

As per my conceren you should go for MBA (HR). It will provide you better opportunity, although you are having MSW.

Dear Ritesh,

I am also from the same qualification MSW (HR), i would like to suggest you to go for Law, reason being MSW & MBA both are treated as an equilant degree in many of the reputed groups.
Having an additional qualification of LAW will certainly add value in your career path.

Hi
If you don't mind please go for law because your having one master degree i.e., msw in hand if you do law it will add value to your profile. if you go for MBA HR i feel both are same so i request you to do Law (corporate law or labour law )

Regards
