Leave Structure
Hi,

I am working with Pvt. Ltd. company. Our company is not providing single leave in a year except weekly holiday and some of the festival holidays. If i am taking one day leave with prior permission from our management even than they are cut money from my salary. Even my colleagues are facing the same problem. Even there is no provision to provide Bonus for the year.

Please provide us some guide line for the same.

Employee is entitled for a minimum period of 12 days casual leave on any reasonable ground and 12 days on the ground of sickness or accident.
