Designation : Sr HR Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1.Develop HR Strategies and plans to manage the company growth 2.The candidate shall handle all aspects of HR and administration which includes Recruitment, Performance appraisal , Payroll , Legal and Statutory functions, Welfare activities, grievance handling ,Liaison work .
3. Exposure in dealing government bodies for addressing all legal issues
4.Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee related issues
5.He/She will utilize his/her organizational and administration skills to independently deal with all levels of Employees in the Organization, Vendors, Govt bodies, Consultants and report to the Top Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 1.Post Graduate in HR 2.Relevant experience of 6- 8 years 3.Good communication skills

CTC : 6:00 per annum (negotiable)

Designation : HR Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITY. Handling HR Backend operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Graduate and / or Post Graduate in HR
2.Relevant experience of 0- 2 years
3.Good communication skills

CTC : 13K per month (negotiable)
