Dear All,
As a HR personnel, how we will ensure that the employees are satisfied with the HR roles. SOmetimes as a HR we take up some other projects which are good to learn but got nothing to do with HR, most of time goes there. Then out of this schedule we have to think about HR roles, for employees welfare, worklife balance etc.
PLease guide as HR what are top priorties i should take care and How, which will be good for my employess as well as for my future career, if i need to look a job outside in future
