Gratuity part of CTC can be paid if employee quits

Kinldy advise me on the query..

Gratuity is part of CTC and considered while annual increaments/promotions and added to the CTC of the Individual..

If the employee quits the job before completion of 5 years of service.. Then the gratuity which is part of CTC and thus reduced from the take home pay to that extent..

Is the gratuity payable to the employee who quits service before the completion of 5 years of service..

If it is agreed in appointment letter only then it will be paid to you otherwise "NO"
