Maharashtra - PF on Special Allowance also ??

hi friends,

If anybody having a notification/amendment in Maharashtra to deduct PF from Special Allowance also, pls help me by sending a copy of it.

Upto my best knowledge & awareness there is no PF on Special Allowance so no question of Circular at all!!!!

as per latest judgement of PF TRIBUNAL s[pecial allowance should not be part of wages for PF deduction.pls see attachment
