Chidipi,

We have been using cBizOne from cBizSoftIndia for the last 3 years. It is a very good product, particularly it allows to customize easily without going back to vendor. Also, their parser quality is one of the best. They also released a new feature to source resumes directly from Monster and Naukri directly into cBizOne. It definitely improved our over all prodcutivity by at least 20 to 30%. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Their support is very very responsive.

Have you tried the Demo of RecruitPro 360.

You can also try RecruitPro Live which is a Web 2.0 Recruitment Software.
