Hi Seniors,

Can you please share with me the employee handbook of TCS and Wipro like giant IT companies if you have, as we are also a IT company and we are looking to adapt some of the policies.

Dont' copy the other companies policies, you how much time and money they would have spend for framing the same. you have to initiate the policy, if you have any doubts then you can ask the seniors. Do you thinks senior are fools to send you the same.

I didnt mean to copy other company policies, but wanted to know few things on leave policy and all, how are they being followed in the other companies. As we wanted to adapt a new policy.
