Pf issue, as i did not served my notice period with my previous company
Iam robert here sir as i said you that i left my previous company without serving the notice period and joined the other company immediately. now my new company is asking to give my previous companies pf number what to do shall i tell them to create them a new pf account so will they create my new pf account and i case if they create my new pf number is it going to affect my previous companies uan number and more over when i logged into my previous companies uan number there was only aadhar linked with my uan number is verifed it is reflecting and to seed my bank account number and pan number it is showing like kyc for bank is already pending for approval with the established company what does this means sir and what is the solution for this sir. just know i tried to transfer my pf online but it is reflecting like bank account number is not linked and ifsc code and pan card. but when i tried to link my account number and ifsc code by logging in my uan it is reflecting that kyc and documents to be by your i.e my previous company but not by the present company where i joined. so will this my present company people will be able to link my account number and ifsc code with my uan is it possible and i think my ex employeer will link my account number and it was asking for digital signature of the previous employeer.

Dear seniors i have a major problem accuring with me i just switched to a new company wich has a total chaos this group is formed by several contracting companies im not able to find time to prepare an h.r. chart in purpose to create a centralised department formed by the following 4 divisions 1 immigration and r.p. division 2 accomodation and transportation divisionfor labour camps and staff housing 3 personnel divisionwill take care of daily pesonnel probs 4recruting and evaluation division i have arroundf 1400 labours and 100 staff\can u give me the sbest structure and the number of staff needed plus a detailed job description for every division or if there is any other way to create tht departementfor a more efficient work . thanks in advance patrick rizkallah

Hi can anybody suggest how to withdraw pf amount into the account without having the pf number.due to certain circumstances i had to leave the company without notice and now i do not want to approach them.with what other information can we know our pf number.can we find through pan number or please do reply. thankyou
