HR Sangam started off as the offline meeting of cite HR in October 2006 and has grown to over 450 members now. We meet on a monthly basis and have conducted over 50 meetings. We are happy to announce our monthly meeting scheduled on Saturday, the 24th of October. Sessions on competency mapping and Performance Management have been very well received by our members in the past. In line with this and considering a need expressed by our members, we are meeting again for a session by Mr. N Srinivasan, Manager – Human Resources, TCS BPO who shall address us on “An understanding of the competency framework – Part II”. This programme is an extension of an earlier session on the same subject during our last meeting. Mr. Srinivasan or Srini as he is called has close to a decade and a half of experience in various aspects of HR and currently heads the Human Resources function for the BFSI unit of TCS BPO at Chennai. A Post graduate in HR from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, he has worked with ABN AMRO & Global Trust Bank in the past.

Date & Timings: Saturday, the 24th of October 09. The venue would be open for networking over tea and light refreshments by 6.30 p.m. The session would start by 7.00 p.m and close by 8.15 p.m or so.
