| Employability skills for MBA's / B.Tech's / Graduates Hi Group,
there is remarkable mismatch between what is being taught in schools, colleges and universities and the knowledge,skills and behaviour businesses and organisation are looking for in new recruits.
Employability of youngsters is the single largest challenge we are facing today. Due to the recent economic slowdown a good number have lost jobs and are desparate for another job recent economic slowdown a good number have lost jobs and are desperate for another job.
Along with this a huge population of youngsters with fresh qualification are also looking forfor jobs, without the requisite skills.
I would like to know more on what could be the ideal employabilty skills programme's that be best suited for students in the present circumstances ?
