I am making this decision due to certain unavoidable circumstances that have come my way.

I am truly indebted for the trust, confidence and unwavering support extended by (Company) Management & team in broadening my outlook, capacity and potential during my tenure.

I really cherished every moment of my work at (company). Please be rest assured that I will do all I can to assist in the smooth transfer of my responsibilities before leaving.

I would like to be relieved from my duties by the closing hours of February 29, 2008.

I wish you and (Company) every good fortune and I would like to thank you again for having me in your team.
