Good Morning,
With reference to your query,
E-Mail Etiquettes have become a neccessity these days.
Commence the mail by greeting the person to whom the mail is being keyed down.
The only thing to be kept in mind is to use Formal Language while keying down the mail.
One should be Case Sensitive while doing the same.
Be clear and concise in your content.
If the Mail is being keyed down for a Senior, remember to avoid using Abbreviations/ Short forms for any word. (eg. Yours----urs)

Lastly, finish with Respects/FYI/Regards.
Hope it does your need full.

Respects & Regards
Hansjeet
