| Help Needed Dear Friends,
I am facing a peculiar problem. i am working in Hospital as a Administrative Officer with a experience of 9yrs as Administrator. My problem is the colleagues who work with are of seniors who came from different industry and having no Hospital experience and also this Hospital is more of religion biased creating more problem to me
Whatever work delegated to me there will be lot of interference and always try to find fault with me . Being a Manager i am not been called for important meetings and always looked down by sr people especially my boss. The hard work and the knowledge i carry was many time truly appreciated by Chairman but the other could nt take it and they are always trying to put me into problem. This de motivates me and makes me very depressed.
