Position Purpose (Role):-
· The AM will be responsible for handling daily activities at the distribution centre
· The incumbent will be responsible for documentation and MIS .
· He will be the sole point of contact between the store and the head office.
Responsibilities (Key Tasks):- 1. Follow up of shipment from planning to the destination.
2. Preparing & maintaining MIS reports.
3. Liaisoning with Freight Forwarders / Vendors.
4. Responsible for entire warehouse operations, delivery of goods in an efficient and timely manner, packaging, transportation, Reconciliation of all incoming and outgoing products
5. Prioritizing the consignments received & to take the sample for retail pricing
6. Coordinating with the retail team for pricing & getting the label from the EDP with retail price; labeling and distributing the goods as per the requirements; preparing GRN reports - Daily reports; planning the deliverables as per the requirements of the shops
7. Maintaining the employee attendance register & leave details;
8. Responsible for distribution of trading/ non- trading goods; generating report for the employee OT
9. Optimize Distribution and logistics costs through integrated supply chain management
10. Streamlining & Anchoring cost effective warehouse operations
11. Develops process to ensures delivery of merchandise at the right time and right place for customer satisfaction
12. Monitor Stock Movements to DC & Store as per Plan
13. Driver of supply chain ERP Core Competencies
1. Pre & Post shipment documentations formalities Shipment Planning and tracking.
2. Coordiantion with vendors
3. Experience with freight forwarding companies will be preferred.
Excellent spoken & written communication and interpersonal skills Thorough knowledge of MS-Office, especially MS-Excel . Professional Expertise (Key Skills):-

Education Qualifications:- Graduate / PG / Diploma with knowledge in Warehousing operation in Garment/FMCG/CD company.
Complete Knowledge of Documentation, Should be a team player. Should also be able to lead a team, must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills Experience:- 4 - 6 years in organized Retail Logistics of multicategory formats (Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Malls etc).
Should have experience in Inward/Outward Logistics and Warehouse Operations Management
Preference:- The ideal candidate would preferably be from the following industries in order of priority, however deserving candidates from a different industry may also be considered for the rank.

District Pune Package:- Rs. 2.2 Lacs per annum to Rs. 3.3 Lacs per annum
