Finance : Apart from Routing Accounting matter responsibilities include completion of audit, tax audit on time and submission of reports like MIS, Budget, cash flow and other reports as and when required from Singapore. Also should have good knowledge of TDS, Service Tax returns, Direct taxation, Secretarial matters and FDI compliance.
HR : Compensation, Recruitment, Training, PF and submission of various reports to HR Singapore.
