| Pls advice Hi, I have about 6.5 years experience in training (soft skills) for HSBC BPO in Bangalore. I moved to retail with a bigger assignment of managing teams etc. But There is so much I need to know of training, namely Training Need analysis, measuring post training effectiveness and so on... Also I am not a certified trainer (other than being trained by HSBC).
How do I upskill my knowledge on the all the facets of training, since neither my current job, nor my previous job is giving me that exposure? |
