Please note that in call centres with the cabs linked to pick up and drop services the following items you should know:
1) preparation of employee roaster specifying shits and operations to be carried out.
2) Tracking of Vehicles and to ensue that the drover goes to the specified point in time
3) Vehicle login Report and anlyze as to how many cabs have arived late and its reasons.
5) Allocaion Report to verify that all cabs to ensure that sufficeint routes is given to individual cabs
5) you shoud be well vers ed with swapping of shifts or changes in shift
