A SAP-HR Question -- Please advice
Hi HR Professionals,

I am using SAP ECC 6.0.

A client has multiple business/organization unit. For example, A main company under which there are multiple subsidiaries. How does SAP handle multiple organizational unit's payroll processing from the main Company?

(Handling in terms of Setup and running the payroll)

Please advice.

Hi

You need to make payroll area and its country specific.

if client has subsidiaries with in the country then you need to make only one payroll area and you can use it for other branches with in the country.

if client has subsidiaries in more than one country then you need to make payroll area accordingly for every country.as i said its country specific
