Does P.F and E.S.I include in Gross salary

Please clarify my doubt Does P.F and E.S.I include in Gross salary?

No it does not include in Gross,Gross salary contains earnings components,whereas net pay is Gross pay ( - ) Deductions like ESI,PF,Anyother deductions etc...

Yes, ShishikanthPR is correct. There is no ESI and PF in Gross Salary.

esi include on gross salary with deduction 4.75% from employer and 1.75% from candidate.

for pf there will be deduction on basic+da 12% from both 1.61% administrative charges paid by employer

Total of Earning items is call Gross Salary.
Provident Fund & ESIC deducted from Gross Salary & remain net salary.

Absolutely NO. PF and ESI are deductions. But you may add PF and ESI amount for CTC purpose.

Pf and ESI is deduction from gross, not included in gross salary.
