Need Advice....................... URGENT....!

Resp. Seniors,

I am MBA (HR) with 9 month of exp.(6+3) but i am not at all satisfied with the current employer & am on the edge to leave it without having any other offer.
coz i cant stand a single day their.

I m married (1yr) so in urgency to go for new one so is it okey to shift my career to mnc's like KPO etc. or to wait...........

plz guide me i m too confuse coz its too difficult to get placed in these condition & i really want to quit this job.

PLZ GUIDE ME.....................

What is wrong with your current position? Can't you work through things and make life a little better for yourself?

You know, we often change jobs for the wrong reasons, then we seem surprised why things are no better in the new company.

Please do think things through, please do provide more detail so the more experienced members of cithr can guide you.
