| standard percentage of gross salary Dear All after so many days i am making a question. in relation to gross salary, every company give different allowances to the employess. generally our Gross has Basic+DA+HRA+any other many allowance. but is there any other standard specification i.e percentage of Basic+DA I Gross salary. ya this percentage is depends on the company how they want to classify the allowances in different % which will come 100% including all. so i want the standard classification of (percentage) of allowances.
