It appears as though you think that we are mind readers and can help you to overcome your confusion. What is the assignment on "Managing Operation"? A 500-page book covers that subject.
I have taught that subject on both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The courses varied from 7 weeks for half a module to one whole year for a full module for Mfg mgt course.
Even I with that background could not deciper your query..
