Fixed and Variable salary components & average ind. salary range

Hi,

I am working with a small Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Company having around 40 employees and executing projects over Rs. 200 Cr. for the Iron & Steel Industry.

Could someone let me know the average salary packages for project managers / sr. project executives with the following experience:

a. Around 5 yrs
b. 6 to 15 yrs
c Over 15 yrs

If anyone can throw some light on the fixed and variable pay components in engineering / construction companies.
