My job was terminated by a company in april due to some misunderstanding though i was not at fault. after that i have joined a new company. recently i have got a job in infosys. will infosys background verification process cause any problems because of the termination? any advice? james lewis
Absconding from company in 6 months - is it good to mention it in interview?
I have been working for an mnc for last 6 months . i have been assigned post called engineer but even after 6 months there is no training given in particular domain neither the work . so im thinking to move to infosys in which i got selected . my previous company has a bond period of 3 years . company will not pursue legal suit in case of absconding . will i have any effect on my job at infosys . is it good to mention it in interview ? please reply

Hi i have been working as a trainee at infosys mysore for 3 months i want to quit infosys now as there are some family issues as well as i have options for further studies near my home itself. does anybody know the formalities i need to complete and if i need to pay any settlement amount then how how much do i need to pay. is there anyway in which i can avoid paying this amount. thank you
Consequence of failed background verification on current employment - whether infosys would still have grounds to terminate my employment?
I joined infosys 3 months ago. the verification process conducted by infosys failed during inquiries with the first company where i worked as a fresher in 2012. this first company had harassed me during the service of my notice period and also put a negative feedback in my relieving letter. in my applications for my subsequent jobs i submitted a 'modified' version of the relieving letter by removing the portions containing the negative feedback. upon this discovery infosys has issued me a show cause notice for submitting forged documents. however my stand is that while i agree i have modified the letter by removing the negative comments i have not faked my experience duration and other details in any manner. i have submitted proofs to them to including form 16 bank statements salary slips. i would like to know whether infosys would still have grounds to terminate my employment?
