Dear Team,

I am working on a SOP for training department; a standard document which is used to describe the functions and working of a training department and division within an organization. Would appreciate if some suggestions can be shared by all trainers/mgrs here....

Writing a Sop for training department should be based on department policy & objectives. You need then to describe the required procedure and most usefully with a simplified work flow diagram. This is followed by SPI stundard procedure instruction and implementation. Finally Detail methods of Evaluation and Documentation!

Make sure that all concerned are involved!
