Applicability of Industrial Act

Hi Friends,
i am by profession CA. I want to know whether the said act is Applicable to a Mutual Fund Distribution company. Your precious comments are appreciated.

Dear Manish,

We have not gone through 'Industrial Act'. We have Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, Industrial Employment ( Standing Orders) Act, 1946 etc. but in my opinion this Act is not there.
