I have recently joined this group to get inputs from the masters of BPO/KPO industry to start a BPO. I worked with a company for 2 months after my masters in Marketing and realized that i am not made to work in an environment where there is no freedom of thought. And now I have decided to start a BPO which would be extremely cost effective and has been working on the concept of cutting down cost of services to clients from some time.The objective would be to provide quality service at much lower cost as compaired to the industry. There are few queries for which i am not able to find accurate answers. They are as follows:-
- What is approximate cost charged to clients for international contract of basic non voice BPO processes which does not require technical know-how?
- The concept would surely be revolutionary with return of almost 400% return in 1st year as per my estimation but where to find investors for initial investments?
- This would be asking too much but if anyone is looking for outsourcing some part of their process, then we can develop the business according to the client's requirement to provide specialized services.
