I working on an assignment for my client, a major business group in Muscat, Oman. This group has over 70 companies with interest in Manufacturing, Trading, Finance, Banking, Mining, Education etc. I have been assigned the task to identify an
Executive Assistant to the Chairman.
The Candidate will be overall responsible for Chairmans office and will require interaction with Directors on the Group, Sr. Management Personnel, CEO's, International Partners and Government Bodies.
The ideal individual will be a lady with a minimum of 9 - 15 years of experience and having worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO / Managing Director / Chairman of large business orgainsations. A good personality, excellent communication skills and an ability to interact with a high profile people and ideally 32 - 39 years and SINGLE.
The remuneration will include tax-free salary commensurate. In addition the company will provide fully furnished accommodation all utilities paid for, Company maintained car, free medical, life insurance equal to 48 months salary, gratuity, free leave travel passage etc.
