This is my first post in this forum hope I will get some great help from your guys. Could you please me write an effective email to my boss regarding pending salary, Below email I typed myself please tell me if there is anything need to change or add.
My salary has been pending since May this is the 5th month going on, As we all have families being the eldest son I have so many responsilities on my shoulders I've not paid the room rent from the last two months, I've not sent money back home from the last 3 consecutive months, I never thought I will ever be needed to write you for salary but now it is something which I m desperately waiting for. Please help me I m so depressed.

here goes the mail for you:
This is to bring to your kind notice the non-receipt of my salary since May 2009. I request you to kindly look into the same and facilitate early release of my dues as one payment. If it is difficult for the company to release the same at one go, request that the payment be made in 2-3 instalments (But paid early) and paid up to date. As salaried employee, I have commitments due for which I have not made payment since May 2009 and am being followed by my creditors. I apologise for the unnecessary course of events, which has forced me to raise this issue and draw it to your attention.
I would appreciate an early settlement of my dues and thank you in advance for a positive reply.

I have been n tghis firm for the last -- Yrs/Months , Have done the job entire satisfaction of my superiors, what ever the assignment assigned me for task has been carried out without pending.
i'm wondering what went wrong and where kindly inform me so that i can rectify the things and deliver the goods.
Due to non-receipt of salary from May , Im facing severe problem of domestic evnts.
Kindly grant me and do oblige please.
