Need project titles.

I'm doing my MBA(HR) in 3rd sem and i have got a project in one of the company called as
"Team-lease"-staffing solution in kormangala, Bangalore.

Could anyone of you suggest me the project titles and help me out.These were the titles i got it from one of the member of other college.

1. Recent trends in recruitment.
2. Training and development.
3. Executive pay- performance management system.
4. Competency mapping.

Since they are basically a staffing solution company, i need the help apart form these which are the project titles that i can take.
Something which can be in impressive and lucrative way can suggested also.there is nothing wrong in it.

You can go for Employee satisfaction syrvey project where you can find out the level of satisfaction of employees and can suggest in impressive way to increase the satisfaction level
