Is networks field(ccna certification) suitable for females
Hello everyone i am ashmita. i ve just finished with my be computer finals and waiting for the results. but i want to specialize in a particular field but i can t really decide if i must go for a career in hardware/networking and do ccna certification or i should go for .net course in developing field. i m not very good with programming and coding. please suggest me if hardware and networking is suitable for females and freshers.
Regarding cisco ccie training programme
Hi all i would like to take some suggestion and help from all the senior members that in the current scenerio of resession it will be good to go for ccieit is a training programme conducted by cisco in the networking. ccie cost almost 2.5 lakhs and will take around 8 months to complete. i am in gis domain currently and now i would like to shuffle towards networking and in the networking i have dont diploma in hardware and networking and mcse 2003. please give me some suggestion. looking forward for your kind suggestions regards aakil

Dear all i am working in a software department of a hardware company as a hr asistant. we have only one hr dept for both software and hardware. software people have saturday sunday off and hardware people have sunday off. now the problem is arised while preparing the leave list for the year 2007 our dept prepared one list where software people got 9 holidays and hardware got 10 holidays because one festival holiday came on saturday. now my question is how many leaves given per year is there any rules regulation there for tht is the management decision final how can i convince software employees. anupama
