I need to make Process flow charts for various HR Processes like Hiring, Selection, Payroll etc., including Policies... I have made for some, however, if any1 could help me if you already have any flowcharts so that i could design mine on the same lines..Also, if possible if anyone could list out different processes or policies on which I cn make flow charts.
In order to make an effective flow chart you need to do one thing you need to map your processes.
Map your processes
Identify the processes in your department
Identify your documents involved in the process
Identify people who are owners of the processes
Then you create a work flow for them, bare in mind to make proper flow chart you have to make sure that your processes are effective and efficient
Effective = its sequenced, logical
Efficient = the time frame required to complete process
There is no use if your processes are effective but not efficient. Use adobe its quite useful
What do you mean by HR Processes? For which HR Process do you want to draw a chart? Have you got a list of all the activities undertaken for a process (for example, hiring)?
Had you only searched the web first before posting, you would have found some answers at Google

I do agree with Simham . I understand you have a requirement but if you dont explain your requirement , it becomes little difficult for us to answer .
I am not sure whether you need a HR process flow chart or the HR process definitions , whether you are implementing or auditing HR processes . Certain understandings about your situation will help us work out a sollution for you. I look forward to your inputs .
