I have recently taken charge of HR payroll. As per our salary slip format we are not suppose to show certain components in payslips.
I am aware that despite of showing the components in appointment letter, we can't show certain components in payslips. I request you all to help me understanding the list of components which can't be shown in the payslips.
Sharing the list of components which we show in our appointment letter.
1. Basic
2. Medical Allowances
3. HRA (House rent allowances)
4. Conveyance Allowances
5. Company's contribution to PF
6. Gratuity
