I have been asked to do presentation on Work Flow Mapping my one of my clients. Though I have collected certain information from net, still I am not satisfied with it. If any one has some good information abt. it or site from from where it can be obtained then please in form.

Dear friend,
I have preapred a workflow diagram for delivering the paycheque to all employees on 30th of every month.You can get ideas for the attachment & accordingly preapre work flow diagrams for other areas on your own.

there is a book you can refer.
The tiltle is "mapping work processes" by Diane Galloway.In India the publisher is productivity press, T. Nagar Chennai.
Your subject is actually process mapping.
You can give a "search in google for process mapping"
you will get many references.
hope you can proceed further with this.
