Hi,
Female defence officers can become effective corporate trainers*.
*Conditions apply..
Well just being good communicators does not make someone a trainer, one needs to understand the need of the training and be motivational and look out for understanding of the participants.
The defence sector and the corporate sector is completely different, when compared
cause in the army the hierarchy is strict and discipline is of the highest order, whereas in the corporate the hierarchy is just to differentiate the pay structures and ability to handle teams.
Skills expected is simple: empathy and positive attitute
Administration is the best option for job roles for such people.

Hope i have been able to answer few of your queries.
Thanks

Female Defence Officer as Corporate Trainer
Dear friend,

Additional few points than what Raghavv has said.

There is no question of being from defence or not. Being male or female.

To succeed as corporate trainer, one needs to know the basics of business very well. For this, it is better to have career in marketing, HR, Ops and so on.

The second important thing is one should have commercial sense very well. I have seen giving emphasis more on training tools rather than end result of the training.

Anyway I have given replies to these type of posts scores of times. Please click the following link to go through them:
