LABOUR CASE under payment of wages act 1936.

Dear All,

i had a labour case with my company, under payment of wages act 1936 under section 15, sub section 2 and section -16.The case history is given below :-

Employees are asking through their union leader infront of Deputy labour commissioner, they want late payment benifit.

Dear Sandeep Kumar,

You will also be given opportunity of hearing by the DLC- cum- Authority under The Payment of wages Act before awarding any orders. Contest the claim case filed by the union & place your contentions before the said authority on non payment of wages in time.
