Thanks for sharing the useful format. Here I would like to submit to our CiteHR members that we should prepare/amend this format in accordance with the requirement of the law which is applicable to their establishment on maintenance of attendance register. For example if your unit is covered under the Factories Act, 1948 then go through your State Factory Rules & amend the format for compliance of statutory law applicable on your establishment.
This format is also seems to be useful for preparing half/yearly returns for the purposes of gathering information on total attendance,absents etc. Regards, R.N.Khola
